Purchases are shipped through reputed courier services from Coimbatore. Orders will be shipped in 5 working days from the date of confirmation.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We request you to allow the following number of days to receive your order

7 Days depending on your location.

Orders will be delivered from Monday- Saturdays (9 am-8 pm)

The contact number given must be reachable at all times. If not reachable by courier company, you parcel will get returned to us. Forwarding charges will be collected from you.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We request you to allow the following number of days to receive your order

14 Days depending on your location.

We are not liable for the customs amount or tax charged by your country. We charge only shipping from our side.

We are not to be held responsible for any amount regarding clearance of product at customs office.

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION

If a product(s) reaches you in a damaged condition, Or if a product is missing from your order, you can mail us at enquiry@mintyherbs.com on the same day of delivery, stating your issue with a short info on your order details.

WE WILL NEED A VIDEO OF UNBOXING THE PARCEL TO CLAIM FOR THE LOSS. NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE REGISTERED WITHOUT THE VIDEO.

Return shipping charges will have to be handled by you.

Once the product reaches us, our quality assessment team will check the product & process your refund.

The return process will take 10 Working days.

No return or refund for products purchased during a Sale or at Offer price

CANCELLATION

Orders once placed can be cancelled before 24 hours at a cancellation fee of Rs. 75

Once the cancel request is placed, the refund will be processed in 5 working days after deducting the cancellation fee.

Orders older than 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
